Well, here we are. Another year, more exciting experiences, new beginnings, new years resolutions made with good intentions and lots to look forward to!
The sun was shining today, a glorious day in Sydney. Abbotts Village Bakery Light Rye toasted for breakfast with orange juice full of pulp was a great kick-start for New Years Day. Perfect weather for a swim at Sirius Cove in Mosman with our dog who is just becoming comfortable with the water. Sirius Cove is a great spot for him to be acquainted with swimming and lots of other dogs with which to run and play with.
Ready now for a coffee but with limited choices on New Years Day, we chose a little corner cafe Counting Sheep Corner on Avenue Road in Mosman …. a fabulous choice with well made coffee. Most impressive. Home for lunch – cheap and cheerful Chicken & Vegetable pies from Woolworths – and a lazy afternoon in the sun reading my current copy of House & Garden magazine for some fresh inspiration.
A perfect start to 2011!
